Lucas Robert Designs is the creation of Lora Gunn and Shannon Mackintosh, two mothers turned entrepreneurs with a passion for pearls.
Our mission.
To provide classic quality designer pieces at prices that are attractive and competitive. We believe that all women should own at least one special and unique piece of pearl jewelry – our goal is to help make that happen.
How we got our start.
In 2004, we visited Beijing, China and were introduced to the enormity of variations in pearls. Being avid jewelry lovers, we decided to embark on the journey of jewelry design and set out to create unique pieces using a variety of pearls and gem stones from around the world.
How we got our name.
Our sons, Lucas and Robert, were alongside us as children during that first trip to China which inspired our name.
What makes us unique.
After much trial and error, we perfected the design of our sterling silver toggle clasp. It allows the bar & circle on our necklace to be worn in the back, side or front adorned by a signature gemstone or silver pendant enhancer. All Lucas Robert earrings have an easy grip sterling silver butterfly backs to make for convenient fastening for fingers of all ages.
